13+ Svg File Looks Different In Browser PSD. Svg (scalable vector graphics) is officially supported by all main web browsers, including internet explorer. Fails on the left side. And it hapens only in svg, if i save it to pdf or png it looks how it should. I have a problem with svg backgrounds that render differently in browsers.in chrome the letters are correctly gill sans light and two words are bold. That's not the case in firefox. But what exactly is supported by web browsers? And what about their advanced features like filters? Do all rendering engines display svg files and their features the same way? Svg is an image format for vector graphics. I've created a svg using inkscape. Now, i've uploaded it to my page and it shows different in different browsers but i don't know what's the issue. How do i fix this, so it looks like in chrome across all browsers? For at least, i want that chrome render equals quality of firefox render but i don't know how? I've been doing some stuff in illustrator and i have a problem with saving a project in to svg file that i open in webbrowser, it just looks different. It literally means scalable vector graphics.
